• a server, where the acquired data from autonomous control systems is gathered.
• remote workstations for process engineers .

Automatic process control system (mini-configuration)

Structure:

• Controller, comprises the following:
  • Sensor adapters
  • Drivers for slave devices (made to order)
  • Recording unit (records the data, provides the feedback).
• Periferal devices :
  • Indicating tools
  • Sensors
  • Power units
• Calibration and adjustment utility; provides the following:
  • system configuration
  • sensors calibration
  • drivers and indicating tools adjustment.

Features:

• Data acquisition system is deployed on CAN and CANopen platforms, so:
  • A random number of independent algorithms can be embedded .
  • Physical units can be used in implementation of an algorithm .
• System reaction time: from 0,01 second.
