MEGA-MAKS (mini) Perforating System
General description
- MEGA-MAKS mini Perforating System is a version of MEGA-MAKS Logging System,
intended for perforating-blasting operations execution and recording.
- The following units of perforation system are essential :
- Perforation workstation overview.
- Perforation workstation is intended for automatic tying of perforators supplied with casing collar locator (ITM, LTM, Titan-LM, Titan-M) to perforating interval.
- Its software enables the following :
- import of electronic tying in LAS format,
- visualization of tying data in registration pad together with current round-trip operation data,
- visualization of perforating intervals with current interval marked,
- visualization of first charge location with dynamic counting of first charge spacing from the top of perforator.
- Real-time tying of current round-trip operation data to correlation diagram is carried out in visualization pad using magnetic mark correction method or by depth shift, preset by operator.
- When in upward motion the tool reaches the target depth (shooting point) with possible deviation of + 10 sm, the control button "shooting allowed", located at the panel "Perforation", becomes activated.
When the "shooting allowed" command is performed, in perforating panel the blocking of shooting pulse is cancelled automaticallyand shooting conveiance is allowed (before
"shooting allowed" command performance the only active mode at perforating panel is 'Explosive circuite control').
